Brain of one healthy volunteer segmented from MRI: gyri and sulci of the cerebral cortex, thalamic and hypothalamic nuclei, basal ganglia, white matter, ventricles, brainstem and the lobules of the cerebellum, with the muscles of the head and neck, the eyes and the skin (more than 300 structures).
