Abdomen segmented from a CT scan of one person: liver, spleen, pancreas, stomach, bowel, kidneys, ureters and adrenal glands, the aorta, vena cava, portal system and their branches, the muscles of the abdominal wall and back, lower ribs, lumbar spine and pelvis (94 structures). It reaches from the ninth thoracic vertebra to the top of the sacrum. The meshes are shown as published: the trunk looks compressed along the body axis (lumbar levels about 19 mm apart).
