A real person's anatomy from a CT examination: subject s1397 of the TotalSegmentator CT dataset v3.0.0 (images sampled from clinical routine, anonymised by the dataset's authors). Published for this subject: male, age 73; examination: ct whole body. Pathology recorded in the dataset: tumor (bones). 115 structures segmented at 1.5 mm: bones, organs, large vessels and some muscles. Only internal structures are shown: no skin and no face.
