定義

耳下腺と頬粘膜を連絡し、漿液性の唾液を口腔前庭に分泌する主要な排出管。耳下腺の前面から起こり、咬筋を横切る。次いで頬筋を貫いて内側に進み、上顎第2大臼歯の付近で口腔に開口する。腺体の腺房分泌細胞で産生された唾液は、介在部導管、線条部導管、排出導管を順に流れる。
