Z-Anatomy：BodyParts3Dをもとに作られ、Terminologia Anatomica 2に従って命名された自由なアトラス。男性の全身に、BodyParts3Dにないものを加えている：靱帯と関節包、滑液包、末梢神経と神経叢、細い枝までの動脈と静脈、リンパ節、筋膜、筋の起始および停止の領域、ならびに身体の部位。神経と血管は元データの曲線に沿った管として描かれている。内耳と腎臓は除外している（元のモデルが商用利用を認めていないため）。
