连接腮腺与颊黏膜的主要排泄管，将浆液性唾液分泌至口腔前庭；它起自腺体前面，横过咬肌；此后该管转向内侧穿过颊肌，开口于上颌第二磨牙附近的口腔；腺体内腺泡分泌细胞产生的唾液依次流经闰管、纹状管和排泄管。
