定义

男性尿道最宽且最易扩张的部分，几乎垂直地自前列腺底穿行至前列腺尖，距前列腺前面较后面为近；这部分尿道呈梭形，中部较两端宽，下部最窄，在此与膜部相接；它衬有移行上皮，其后壁即底上有前列腺小囊、射精管和前列腺管的开口，统称为精阜（又称verumontanum）。
