정의

귀밑샘과 볼점막을 연결하고 입안뜰로 장액성 침을 분비하는 주된 배출 관 모양 통로이다. 샘의 앞면에서 일어나 깨물근을 가로지른다. 그런 다음 관은 안쪽으로 이동하며 볼근을 뚫고 위턱 둘째 큰어금니 근처에서 입안으로 열린다. 샘 몸통의 샘꽈리 분비세포가 생산한 침은 사이관, 줄무늬관 및 배출관을 차례로 흐른다.
