Digastrikus posterior adalah otot arkus faring II yang berperan dalam perilaku oral faringeal, dipersarafi oleh cabang digastrikus saraf fasialis, dan melekat pada basis kranii posterior serta aparatus hioid. Otot ini terdapat superfisial terhadap otot milohioid.
