Cơ vòng miệng là một cơ mặt nông có các sợi bao quanh lỗ của ổ miệng, bám vào xương hàm trên, xương hàm dưới, da và trụ cơ góc miệng (modiolus), tham gia vào các hoạt động của miệng/hầu, và do thần kinh mặt (CN VII) chi phối.
